Our goal is to reach Php400,000.00. The details of this figure is as follows:

Php200,000.00	Kidney Transplant Package (including hospitalization and doctors fee) An average package cost in the Philippines amount to Php800,000.00. We are counting on PhilHealth's Php600,000.00 subsidy so we only have to prepare the remaining.
Php200,000.00	Initial Post-Operative Maintenance Cost After a successful transplant operation, patients needs an average of Php50,000.00 monthly for maintenance costs. They have to rest for at least a month or two before being able to go back to their jobs. We would like to be able to support Annadel as she makes her way back to the workforce.

Also, moving forward - all the funds we have collected will only be allocated for her kidney transplant needs. Everything else will have to be managed by her family and friends. If you are donating for another reason (medicines, dialysis) other than the kidney transplant funding - please let me know so I can give it to her already.

Prior to this campaign, we were previously able to accumulate a total of Php41,350.00 from various sources. We had a Bingo for a Cause event here in the office back in June 2011, a Love-Month Customized Tumbler for A Cause Sale last February 2012 and from donations given by colleagues (I won't mention names anymore). Majority of it has been released to Annadel as follows:
